College silver jubilee reunions are such a blessing, giving
classmates from the good old days a chance to enjoy each other's
camaraderie and goodwill. This one's no different; in fact, the ladies
seemed to prepare for it as if it was high school prom night.

As Dr. Leiza Fernandez puts it, "The 25th
Anniversary Reunion of UE College of Dentistry Class of 1990 held on July 4,
2015 at the Grand Ballroom of Solaire Resorts and Casino was better than I had
expected it to turn out. It was a night filled with enjoyment, camaraderie, and
nostalgia. Many of us found great amusement in seeing our old classmates, and
professors 'let loose on the dance floor', as some would put it, to
the tune of 80s music."

She adds, "It was also refreshing to see how successful each of our
batchmates have gotten. Clearly, everyone enjoyed catching up with each other,
and seeing that the years apart never weakened the bonds we all shared. It felt
as if we were all young again, and even after the event itself, the feeling of
Batch Pride had not left us. Truly, this Reunion was a much needed experience
for us to appreciate our roots that allowed us to get to where we all are right
now. In addition to all of that, the food was amazing. Many thanks
to United Laboratories for making this all possible."
May the members of UE Dentistry Batch 90 be a great blessing to the oral
health care of our less fortunate kababayans. Ang galing sa Pamantasan
